• I currently have a job at Grill’d (Garden City) where I have achieved a Cert III in Hospitality ( I am happy to provide evidence of this if needed), I have been working there since early July of 2023 and this job has increased my skill in the hospitality industry as well as customer service, mainly serving guests, taking orders and other general hospitality requirements.
• I have also attained an RSA from my work at Grill'd

Other achievements i have made in this job include:

• Assisted in training new team members on company procedures and best practices.
• Communicated effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Before working with Grill'd I had a job at Table 26 Westfield Carindale while i was still in highschool from February 2023-November 2023. This job gave me experience in a café and helped further improve my hospitality skills and also provided me with education in a Cert III in Business (I obtained parts of this certificate but not the entire thing as a result of me leaving the job before completion of my certificate due to personal reason)
