
In my position as a SNEA at Rangeway Primary School, I have gained an awareness for individual students and how they learn, helping me implement my relevant skill set to provide succinct and effective guidance whilst also promoting academic independence. Additionally, as I was employed as a fixed term employee I was given the opportunity to deliver academic intervention programs to aid struggling learners with their math fluency and reading writing skills. The intervention programs and mentioned below. The social demographic of the suburb Rangeway Primary school is situated in attracts often socially and academically neglected children, often leading to students being behind in their education this leads to disengaged children and often behavioural issues. In my position I have been effective in re engaging these students and helping them complete their normal school work or independen education program.
