She was a Project/Site Engineer in the Construction Division of the Provincial Engineer’s Office of Negros Oriental, Philippines for over a decade where she gained solid knowledge and experience in managing and directing construction operations, liaising with contractors and stakeholders, pre-construction documentations, updating project status, and assuring compliance of WHS. She volunteered and led in the rehabilitation of church damaged by 2012 earthquake and was a school project coordinator in a local public institution of her hometown in the Philippines.
