Summary

As a final-year Master of Nursing student at Queensland University of Technology, graduating in November 2024, I have developed a deep passion for nursing. My journey from China to Australia in 2018 was driven by my desire to pursue a nursing career, and I have worked hard to fund my education in Australia. I have gained valuable clinical experience in various hospital settings, including respiratory, rehabilitation, and oncology wards. My time in these placements, particularly in the oncology day unit, has strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

I have also worked as an Assistant in Nursing at Healthcare Australia both hospital and aged care facilities, roles that have honed my organizational and interpersonal skills. Additionally, my experience working as a cashier in a casino, a sales associate at Harvey Norman and a community and social support worker has further developed my communication abilities. These roles required me to interact with a diverse range of customers, manage transactions, handle inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently, enhancing my ability to communicate effectively in various situations.

My diverse experiences and strong work ethic make me a dedicated and passionate candidate for this opportunity.
