Boning Room :

-Knifehand Slicer (Loin, shoulder, rack)

-Pick and pack meat with designated bag using specific dimensions. Also pack the meats into box based on order.

-Use Cryovac machine to vacuum the bag and make sure the position is right to avoid any hollow side inside the bag

-Operatong label machine using computer based on order

Slaughter Floor

-Operating hide puller machine to get the hide off and make sure to get the best skin outcome from livestock

-Trimming the traces of hide from the hide puller machine with knife with precision.

-Trimming the excessive lump of fats inside lamb/mutton manually

Have 3 role inside Offal Room:

1. Offal organ Receiver (Receive offal organs such as liver, lung, heart, aorta, etc and pack it to designated boxes and weight it by using tare machine)

2. Floor Boy (maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the room by removing any rubbish and making sure to clear the space where other process workers could work comfortably)

3. Chiller (stacking down boxes to the designated pallet, operating electric and manual pallet jack and deliver it to the forklift team.

• Boning and filleting the body parts of crocodile.
• Marking the carcass and handle it to the skinner.
• Packing and ensuring the best quality of the meat.
• Manage the order and customer request.
• Site cleaning and maintaining the sterile workspace.
