Young but very proffesional and task focused person who drives to better quantity while also maintaining quality. I'm diligent with proven ability to manage small teams of employees and keep the standard of work at a high while mantaining safe practices throughout the duration of a job. I am not just experienced with leadership roles in the workforce i also do a lot in the community with captain/coaching Bowen's A grade rugby league team for the past 2 years.

In my most recent accomplishment in the workforce i was tasked with the supervision and overseeing of a rip and resurface of Blue valley RD a stretch of 22km dirt road located inland of Collinsville QLD, This job involved organising load and haul trucks to bring in 38 tonne of 2.5 road base at a time while marking out the depth and length of the material and where it needed to be dumped for the graders,rollers and water carts to than come along to rip and resurface the road in 700m sections at a time until completion of the 22km stretch. In other achievements in my work area i have been leading hand and performing manual labour for shutdowns and general maintenance for culverts on aurizon and Qld rail projects this involved culvert replacements and culvert maintaing. The shutdown work involved ripping up rail and the formations to replace a single cell culvert with a new double cell within a tight time frame to ensure the continuation of trains to Abbot bulk coal can go ahead in a safe manner.
