In my laundry job at Finespot, I am responsible for washing, drying, ironing, and packaging bed linens, towels, blankets, cushions, and other textile items from Airbnb apartments. My duties include receiving and sorting the items according to their type and condition, operating industrial washing and drying machines to ensure thorough and proper cleaning, and inspecting each piece for stains or damage, taking necessary steps for repair. Additionally, I iron and fold the sheets and towels to ensure they are presentable and carefully package them for delivery. I maintain the workspace in an orderly and clean manner, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations, and keep accurate records of the processed items. My role is crucial in ensuring that the textiles are in perfect condition for the guests of the apartments, contributing to customer satisfaction and the success of Finespot's service.
