Gabriel Andrea Karjadiguna

As Head of Administration for my school's high school teams and individual participants, I was responsible for overseeing school events and competitions. My duties included promoting events to relevant students, processing their applications, developing budget proposals, and creating consent forms. I also coordinated participants' schedules, ensured smooth logistics by ushering students to events, maintained daily communication with the teacher in charge, and managed an assistant while liaising with team managers.

As a member of the student council, I proactively took on multiple roles in various school events, including Head of Consumption, Medic Team, and Sponsorship Team. In my sponsorship role, I secured two out of the five event sponsors. As part of the medic team, I created the timetable, coordinated with teachers, managed supplies, and directed my team. For consumption, i managed the food budget, communicated with food services and delegate members to deliver the food to relevant members. Additionally, I was handpicked to supervise the youngest group of children during a play, due to being recognized as the most trustworthy among the students.

And as part of the medic team, I actively encouraged teammates and junior members to participate in additional sporting events beyond the required scope, fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration. Also contributed to establishing high standards of performance and professionalism within the team.
