HSU/ASMOF Multiple assignment (Dec 2017 –Aug 2018)
The Health Services Union/Australian Medical Officers Federation (HSU/ASMOF) Collective Agreements are a set of specific guidelines and protocols that govern the operation of health agencies. The project at hand aimed to efficiently manage the financial compensation and leave entitlements of employees who were concurrently holding multiple positions or assignments.
Vaccinations Project (Aug 2018- Oct 2019)
The Ministry of Health mandated certain employee related vaccination details to be stored in one common HRIS Database. The objective of this project was to build a custom Vaccinations module for NSW Health and tightly link it with other systems such as Recruitment and E-business
Electronic Right of Private Practice (eRoPP) (Jun 2020 - July 2021)
The eRoPP project provides a new, single, state-wide, automated, electronic ‘Staff Specialist –
Private Practice Election Form' for Staff Specialists to use for selection and renewal of their private practice levels. The project went through extensive consultation with the Ministry of Health,Workforce Management and Union. It also sought inputs from Health agency HR, Finance and Staff specialists.
Respiratory Protection Program – RPP- HCM Cloud (Dec 2020-June 2021)
Respiration Protection Program (RPP) Fit Testing is a state-wide compliance initiative that is introducing a cloud-based data capture form and reporting capability that will replace manual data collection procedures.
The Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solution means data can be captured in real- time, providing easier, quicker analysis and retrieval of information. The project was delivered using Document of Record (DoR) functionality, BI Reports, Spreadsheet loaders and security console to derive role-based access.
Performance and Talent PAT – HCM Cloud
PAT refers to the state-wide cloud-based system catering to the performance, appraisal, and competence/skill related requirements at NSW Health. This encompasses the performance, goals, talent management and succession planning modules of HCM.
Oracle HCM Cloud (October 2020 – Jan 2022)
StaffLink HCM Cloud is a blanket term that refers to NSW Health's move from Oracle E- Business suite R12.2.7 to Oracle HCM Cloud. It involves migrating Workforce Structures, Person and Assignment Management, Employee and Manager related self-service functions and access provisioning, from On-Premises to the Cloud.
