Duties

• Provided high quality customer focused training in delivering Transport NSW Pre-Learner and Pre-Provisional riders courses.
• Delivered Australia Post New Starter and Refresher courses for Postal Delivery Officers in accordance with Australia Post requirements.
• Presented HART's Roadtech courses for levels 1 to 4 for a wide variety of riders types and skill levels. This included tailoring the courses to meet individual needs of Motorcycle Clubs especially Harley Owners Groups.
• Rewrote HART's Level 4 course to update its focus to better meet student needs.
• Assisted in the running of HART's OffRoadtech courses.

Achievements

• Achieved consistently high customer feedback scores on HART's Online Feedback frequently achieving the highest scores of the team.
• Maintained a very high level of safety with a very low incident rate.
• Proactively engaged in Process Improvement for all of the courses I delivered. I am constantly looking for new ways to improve both my own delivery and also the performance of the team as a whole.
• Scored very close to perfect scores on my annual accreditation assessments.

• Handled mail and packages with care to prevent damage during delivery.
• Directly interacted with customers to deliver mail, packages, and ordered goods.
• Offered friendly and efficient service to customers, handled challenging situations with ease.
• Sorted and placed mail into mailboxes and post office boxes with high levels of accuracy.

• Collaborated with QA team to test software quality through manual and automated testing.
• Carried out tests to identify, report and repair bugs and glitches.
• Teamed on planned tests and time-sensitive ad hoc requests.
• Wrote and optimized test cases to maximize success of manual software testing with consistent, thorough approaches.
