- Sourcing equipment, suppliers, interviewing staff, liaising with new and existing clients.
- Provide leadership including coaching, mentoring and management of a team consisting of 3 Supervisors, 2 Administrative staff, and extensive team of highly skilled and diverse subcontractors.
- Manage over $30M of contracts with existing Stakeholders including Optus, TPG, Vocus, Telstra and NBN Co.
- To ensure QC Comms meet and exceed clients' expectations and KPI's.
- Implement and manage new contracts of over $12M with clients including FibreConX and XenithIG (formerly Fibre Path).
- Develop and implement business strategies, forecasts and budgets for the installation of over 50 km of underground, optic fibre cable.
- Oversee, with the management of field staff, the quality, safety and progress of a diverse range of subcontractors, including but not limited to; Traffic Management, Excavators, Directional Borers, Pit & Pipe Installers, Fibre Splicers and Cable Haulers.
- Driving compliance with Safety, Quality and Environmental (SQ&E) standards and procedures as well as company guidelines when completing project tasks.
