  • Set FY Retail Safety KPI targets year on year, such as TRIFR, MVIFR & SIFR for each BU stream and drive operations to achieve results.
  • Monitor and ensure BU streams are holding weekly safety & compliance meetings. Create & present monthly Retail Safety & Compliance meetings with the overview of tracking injuries, incident, and target performance on TRIFR, MVIFR & SIFR involving all Retail BU sites.
  • Ensure that the business is taking a risk-based approach when it comes to the identification and control of every day and critical risks.
  • Facilitate 4Ds and STKY sessions to help our team find better and safer ways to work.
  • Manage the safety system and auditing to ensure compliance with legislative and self-insurance requirements.
