I have been working through the years with a variety of beverage distributors and importers, with long term relations that benefited both supplier and buyer sides.

I have been responsible for creating and running wines lists and beverage programs for many different restaurants and brands, from fine dining to casual venues simultaneously and being part of the team deciding the company's yearly events program.

Ideally looking for a position as Group Sommelier or Wine Director, although open to face a different challenge.

  • My first role with the company was as Head Sommelier of The Cut Bar and Grill in The Rocks. In that position I was responsible for the beverage list and program for the restaurant as well as assisting customers with selection of beverages.
  • In February 2014 I became responsible for the beverage program of The Cut Bar and Grill, Saké Restaurant and Bar, and Ananas Bar & Brasserie - the premium brands. I also overlooked the wine lists and training for the casual brands (The Argyle Bar and Bavarian Bier Cafe) as well as working on the premium venues assisting customers with selection of beverages.
  • In August 2016 I was officially promoted to Group Sommelier continuing to run the beverage program for the premium brands and the wine program for the casual brands. Alongside the Beverage Director, we were responsible for achieving budget targets, negotiation of contracts and the development of new products for the company.
