As an Early Childhood Educator, I am responsible for fostering a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment for young children, typically from birth to five years old. It includes planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. It also includes observing and assessing children's progress, adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs, and collaborate with families to promote a child's overall well-being. They also maintain a safe and inclusive classroom setting, ensuring that all children feel supported and encouraged in their learning journey.
