As a current casual employee at the Quilted Teapot, I have gained experience in areas such as customer service, food preparation, barista and cleaning. While working in the cafe I display a friendly attitude and calm demeanour when addressing customer issues/complaints. I document customer orders then effectively communicate requests to other staff members, while additionally aiding in the preparation and serving of food. I handle high pressure situations and multitask to ensure optimal productivity levels during busy periods. I also strive to maintain a clean and organised working environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.

As a current casual employee at Hobart Gymnastics Academy I coach both recreational & competitive gymnastics classes, working with athletes from a wide range of ages and abilities. I collaboratively develop and provide engaging lesson plan that are tailored to the needs of my gymnasts. I offer personalized constructive feedback and support while enhancing athlete confidence through motivational talk. I ensure the safety of all gymnasts by assessing risk, strictly adhering to gym rules, maintaining equipment, and using proper spotting techniques. I Work alongside advanced coaches and aid in

assessments and training adjustments.

Additionally, I apply myself as an intermediate level judge during competition season. I use high levels of concentration and analysation to ensure fair and accurate results. in this role I also utilize my communication skills to discuss athlete performance with fellow judges on the panel.
