At Chapters I work a range of skills which include; multitasking, waiting sections, running food in a fast pace environment, setting and tables and many more jobs in a fast pace work experience

• Once a week I help out at a local cafe which I learn key skills from, From making coffees to preparing food. I got trained in my barista there and also working under pressure in a fast pace environment

At the Iluka I worked as one of the main servers and with that came a lot of responsibility, I was often on pass running food / sorting out customer problem. I also would manage the bookings which included sorting tables and using problem solving skills . Once a week I also helped as a kitchen hand prepping and preparing food , and would then also work in the coffee shop by myself which involved opening the venue + cleaning while also making coffees.

• Fausto I mainly worked on the toll but also did odd jobs which included preparing food + maintaining cafe cleanliness by wiping down tables and counters, restocking condiment bar, emptying trash receptacles and mopping and sweeping floors.
