Dedicated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse, having undertook my graduate nursing year within mental health in 2020, and since continued to complete my Masters of Mental Health Nursing in 2023. My experience in the Northern Territory allowed me to develop knowledge in medical nursing, which has provided me skills for consumers presenting with comorbidities within the mental health sector.
Having gained insight into the complexity of mental illness, and the diversity and vulnerability of consumers that access mental health services, I am a professional who is committed to providing person-centred and recovery-focused mental health care.
To develop and progress my career, I am seeking a mental health nursing position within the public sector, where therapeutic care is provided in higher risk acuity settings, including management of these risks that may occur due to consumer presentations.
