I am a highly skilled and qualified Clinical Nurse with over 19 years experience working within the Health industry in Anaesthetic and recovery nursing. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations in multi-specialty hospitals, completed an extensive list of qualifications and professional development, and I have gained a strong theoretical and practical understanding within the areas of Anaesthetics and PACU. With strong leadership skills, I coordinate anaesthetic and PACU team on daily basis. With a strong skill-set that includes excellent organisation, communication and strong problem-solving skills, I have demonstrated my ability to work efficiently within multi-disciplinary teams and be a supportive worker. I continually strive to improve service and patient experience, and provide a high standard of holistic and quality evidence-based nursing care while showing empathy and respect to patients.
