  • During 2017 I undertook leading hand duties during the time that my superior was on annual leave, these Leading hand duties entailed parts ordering, scheduling & planning in work for the team members and ensuring productivity continues without faults or issues.
  • 2018 to 2022: Leading Hand: My current roll is as a leading hand & Fill in Supervisor of my team of 30 individuals.
  • 2023 to Now: Currently being active supervisor and manage my team of 30 individuals. My job consists of job file invoicing, Safety interactions, Monthly Store KPI meetings. Provide justifications for reworks and safety incidents.
  • Organise and arrange quotes for new and correct tooling to carry out the jobs to the safest degree.
  • Ensure the quality the workmanship is to the highest standard prior to the iron being returned to the customers. Customers include BHP, FMG, Rio Tinto and many more.
