I am a well motivated and enthusiastic person. I am able of working as part of a team or independently. I am a consciences worker and always looking to improve on my Nursing skills. I have excellent communication skills, I am always happy in my work and maintain a professional level at all times. I feel I am approachable and willing to help anyone who is in need of guidance. I am also able to recognise people's learning needs and capable of adapting to suit their particular needs. I recognise that other team members are an excellent source of support and have the ability to liaise with them for help and support. I have great knowledge base and always happy to be a resource for my colleagues.
