Project: Klipspruit Extension Pollution Control Dams, Limpopo, South Africa, Designation: Site Agent, Dates: April 2018 - September 2018, Project Value: R205 million, Client: South 32, Description: Managed the construction of 6 Pollution Control Dams within a South 32 Coal Mine. Three dams were lined with a HDPE liner and 3 were finished with stone rip rap.
Project: Greenside Colliery Haul Road, Limpopo, South Africa, Designation: Site Agent, Dates: March 2018 - July 2018, Project Value: R28 Million, Client: Mwelase Mining, Description: Managed from establishment to completion the construction of a 2.1 km haul road which crosses through a marsh land. A layer of dump rock was placed in the marsh land with pipe culverts under the selected layers and a G6 wearing course. A public road intersection was upgraded and an additional turning lane was added to accommodate the new traffic with a 40mm asphalt wearing course.,
Project: Kusile Power Station Site Finishes, Limpopo, South Africa, Designation: Site Agent, Dates: November 2016 - February 2018, Project Value: R768 million, Client: Eskom, Description: A 4.8 GW Coal Power station (one of the world's largest coal-fired power plants). Managed the construction of all site finishes in the Power Utility, including construction of all the service roads (Asphalt seal), stormwater, small concrete works, ancillary works, seeding, construction of erosion control channels for the site drainage, construction of concrete drop structure extensions within a natural stream running through the site, construction of site perimeter fence and brick paving under the AC units.,
