I am motivated in my current role at Reed Events, excelling in customer service and communication skills while adding to our team's efficiency.
I have always worked in team environment with my varied and extensive customer service roles and also work well independently. I've worked with Woolworths, State Bank of Victoria, Commonwealth Bank (branches and administration/call center), been a Sole Trader and Team Leader with Phoenix Trading (direct selling company of stationery and greeting card products), I have raised a family and have more recently worked with Reed Events for 7+ years (university graduation services).
Dispatch of graduation photographs and merchandise, providing communication updates with customers and processing eparcels in a timely and efficient manner. This is part of my administration role.
Sole Trader with Phoenix Trading, while building and supporting my team. I have been involved with training, product knowledge, preparing meetings, communicating company updates, running online events and organisong fundraising events for organisations.
Extensive customer service (phone, emails, face to face)
Effective and timely communication via phone, emails, teams (customers colleagues, management)
Efficient dispatch skills (sorting, packing, parcels, customer updates)
Great teamwork (with my peers, colleagues in different departments, locations and with management)
I'm planning to supplement my income around my current hours with Reed Events, a company to which I remain loyal. I am reliable, courteous, punctual and take great pride in my work. I am available early morning (6am-8am), some evenings/weekends and possiblyFridays too. I believe I am well suited to merchandising and believe I would really enjoy the role. With my varied administration skills, I would also be interested in any work from home opportunities allocating shifts or other administration tasks.
Thank you for your consideration, I look forward to hearing from you and to learning more about this exciting opportunity.
