Summary

I am currently in year 9 at Scotch College. I am a motivated and adaptable person, with a proven track record of leading my peers. Through Scotch's Y9 Cadet program, I'm learning how to use the resources around me, develop resilience and independence and the importance of teamwork, amongst many other skills. I possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and I thrive in fast paced, dynamic environments. I also excel at problem-solving and decision-making. The experience I have gained as a volunteer through Life Saving Victoria has been invaluable in learning patience and a sense of belonging within the community. I'm an avid Rower and Rugby Player and both these team sports have taught me the importance of working with all types of people, the art of losing, the highs of winning, but most importantly the significance of teamwork. Rowing is a huge commitment, which requires organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
