Henry Woods

I began working dispensary shifts as of November 2024. During my time at Newmarket, I developed the skills necessary for managing scripts in requests, dispensing, and counseling medications, alongside various stock and retail-related tasks.

In my time working in retail, I was responsible for training new staff on tills, managing returned item requests, marking off deliveries, printing labels, and stocking the store. I developed a strong sense of item location and expanded my knowledge of S2 products.

Working at Ashburton Amcal was my first exposure to working in the dispensary. I was tasked with establishing a base understanding of how the pharmacy works. I learned to mark off stock and take in scripts.
