- Developed educational materials to allow for large scale response to an Emergency Animal Disease to ensure NSW has the ability to rapidly train and authorise emergency response staff to respond to urgent biosecurity threats in line with the NSW DPI Strategic Plan.
- Developed and implemented a major education project which enabled field staff to have live and continued access to critical documents and provide on-going training and development to a large geographically diverse team without prior easy access to development and training materials.

- Developed a range of fact sheets, resources and education materials for internal staff and external stakeholders to improve historically identified poor compliance standards resulting in improved food safety and biosecurity compliance outcomes.
