Summary

It has always been important to me to pursue a career where I can offer my services to help people. I have a real interest and commitment to working in recreation. I have ensured my career journey has given me the best ability to help community, working most recently at Hume City Council, YMCA and private sector. City of Melbourne, Active Moreland & Banyule City Council in recreation services has provided me opportunities to work as a manager of large teams, working as a mentor to high level staff and delivery of strategic plans. My aim is to work in an environment where I can work effectively in negating access barriers to a range of services and experiences because I believe in the health outcomes they provide. I enjoy managing teams and developing and implementing and evaluating strategy collaboratively. I have been involved in and managed many program's aimed at improving quality of life and established partnerships to improve access to exercise and other services across many councils and wish to work closer in local government to continue to provide opportunities to people within the Casey Municipality
