During my time at NAB, the organization was transitioning with the domain model rollout
I was recognized as a change champion and coached the Product owners and scrum masters to expedite the adoption of new ways of working
My initial assignment at NAB was, as a Scrum Master, in the NDH (NAB Data Hub) program
As part of this huge initiative, I have played a role in driving the agile delivery practices across multiple squads
We had worked through a sprint 0 process where delivery squads engage early with business stakeholders to form a shared understanding of business goals/outcomes and discover the dependencies across multiple platforms to create a realistic plan
It helped to build trust, alignment, and achieve the delivery goals
In alignment with the NWoW reporting, I helped my teams to improve the cycle time of Epics (Business value delivery)
We did achieve a 50% improvement in Lead-time by applying the LEAN methods to identify the process gaps, delays and reduce wait times in the overall delivery flow
When COVID19-induced the remote way of working, we moved into a highly distributed delivery network
During that phase, we coached and mentored the teams and leaders to ensure continuity of delivery success
We focused on improving people's engagement in a virtual work environment and standardizing our tools (JIRA & Confluence)
We ensured information availability, transparency and building confidence for our senior leadership team in ED&A
We did bring alignment across 20+ squads
I had done multiple workshops for budding scrum masters in the NDH platform to improve the in-house Scrum Master capability for NAB
I have also facilitated Scrum of scrums (SoS) events, quarterly planning (PI planning) for NDH, discovery workshops and program retrospectives over the 2.5 years at NAB.
