Since 2023, I’ve worked with Consulting, Autism, and Positive Support (CAAPS) in support, admin, and outreach roles, developing hands-on experience in disability, alcohol recovery, and community inclusion. My easy-going, understanding nature helps me connect with people quickly and respectfully, even in complex or challenging environments. I’m now seeking a frontline support role on Groote Eylandt, where I can contribute to a strong, culturally grounded team, and make a meaningful impact in people’s lives.
