Working within CBH’s Project Delivery Group Business Unit, providing commercial support to the Expand, Enhance & Capital Sustaining Delivery Teams. Within the role I lead in the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts for a number of specialties including legal, design, consultancy and construction delivery services across the portfolio. Development and management of project financial forecasts to provide monthly reporting to both the senior leadership and Executive Group. Whilst responding and managing initial commercial disputes and issues during delivery,

• Nyabing Site Storage Expansion (12 Million)
• Esperance Grain Terminal (Port) Enhancement (30 Million)
• Merredin Site Expansion and Operations Improvement (32 Million)
• Esperance Port Upgrade and Throughput Enhancement (20 Million)
• Newdegate East Greenfield Site Development (45 Million)

Contract development and Management for tendering and execution of medium and complex contracts for both professional services and construction related activities which directly related to the 2.5 billion Metronet Rail Car procurement and Bellevue Depot construction Projects. Development of key contract management documentation including contract management plans. Evaluation and recommendations of contract variations proposals including funding reports and ministerial requests.

Major projects awarded include:

• Railcar Manufacturing Facility Construction (60 Million)
• Bellevue Substation Construction (18 Million)
• Asset Relocation Project (5 Million)

Major Project contracts as ongoing:

• C-Series Railcar Procurement (2.5 Billion)

• Working within the Rollingstock Branch of the PTA involved providing support to the Rollingstock Manager in respect to contract preparation, development, and management of operational contracts. Including the 1.5 billion maintenance contracts of TransPerth and TransWA rollingstock. Tracking and reporting of financial expenditure against both current and future contracts for ministerial requirements and public reporting needs.

Major projects awarded include:

• Metro Rollingstock maintenance (1.5 Billion)
• Regional Rollingstock Bogie Upgrade (7 million)
• Advert revenue improvement program (4.5 Million)
• Various fabrication master agreements (aprox 18 million per year)

• Working directly with the Director of Corporate Services to ensure the organisation maintains financial compliance with the operating policy outlined in the Local Government Act 1995. Whilst also managing the development and award of capital works with the local government area. And providing assistance to Development Services Teams.
