• During time with Moran & Bamford Electrical I have had the opportunity and pleasure to gain experience in 3 major sectors in the electrical industry, them including Commercial work, Domestic electrical work and also Renewable energy such as installing and maintaining Solar.
• Throughout the past 6 years of gaining experience with Moran and Bamford electrical starting from being taken on as a first year apprentice to becoming a fully qualified electrician the skills I’ve acquired are listed below as a broad reference.
• Worked from ladders, scaffolds and lifts to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring equipment and lighting fixtures in ceilings, on roofs and on towers.
• Installed and wired electrical transformers, service panels, switchboards, meter panels and circuit breakers.
• Installed, maintained, repaired, and tested equipment for electricity generation and utilization.
• Planned layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on specifications and applicable code.
• Inspected electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects, and repair requirements.
• Used testing instruments such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, ammeters, and multimeters.
• Improved electrical system safety by conducting thorough inspections and identifying potential hazards.
• Mentored apprentice electricians in proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and troubleshooting methods to enhance their skill sets.
• Collaborated with construction teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within new builds.

To Have been apart of Big Dogs event team and to be incorporated in each one of these events, allowed me to gain high experience and skills in the following duties which included,

• Assisted in securing high-quality speakers and entertainment options to elevate the overall experience for attendees.
• Monitored event activities closely to proactively address any issues or challenges that arose during execution.
• Assisted in creating visually appealing promotional materials for various events.
• Supported successful events with meticulous venue setup, ensuring proper layout and equipment availability.
• Ensured optimal audio-visual setup at each event location by coordinating with technical teams.
• Collaborated with team members to achieve seamless event execution, incorporating diverse perspectives and expertise.
• Provided on-site support during events by attending to guest needs quickly and professionally.
• Upheld a consistently professional image representing the organization at all times.
• Coordinated schedules and timelines for events.
• Also being able to up keep the manual handling side of event management such as Setting up and Packing up such equipment, Crowd control barriers, concrete weights, inflatable arches, promotional signage, speakers and various audio/visual equipment, water stations, rubbish stations, tents and marquees.

For my first job, Working at Woolworths not only as a checkout operator but working in the different departments such as produce/fruit & veg, and bakery assistant has been a rewarding experience that has helped me develop strong customer service and teamwork skills while managing the challenges of a fast-paced retail environment. My Tasks included,

• Refilling and organising shelves
• Unpacking and restocking produce
• Collecting trolleys
• Baking assorted bread and biscuits & packing.
