• My main duties include fitting and balancing new tyres, Wheel alignments, Puncture repairs, Fitting and balancing truck tyres and split rims, Suspension and steering checks, Assisting the mechanics in car servicing and mechanical repairs.

• Worked alongside technicians to carry out servicing of Liebherr mobile cranes both onsite and in the workshop.
• Carry out various modification work as advised by the manufacturer.
• Complete diagnostic testing on all aspects of mobile cranes including carrier and superstructure systems.
• carried out electrical testing and fault finding on various components including rear active steering, CAN-bus systems, LSB systems, LICCON 1 and LICCON 2 computing software's.
• Carried out diagnostic procedures on hydraulic load sensing systems.
• Exchanged components after diagnostic testing and addressed and completed software uploads to modules.
• Carry out emergency breakdown assistance to customers throughout Queensland and Northern Territory.
• Completed major inspections on mobile cranes including dissembling of boom systems for full inspection for cracks and wear at stress points, inspected all major components in accordance with manufacturers specification and replaced components when they exceeded the specification.
• Operated cranes to test and confirm faults.

• completed breakdowns of mobile cranes from 3 to 500 tonne as well as prime movers and support trucks.
• Troubleshot systems, traced problems and repaired Liebherr, Grove and Terex mobile cranes.

Carried out repairs on all cranes and provided after hours support.

• Serviced all fleet vehicles including cranes, prime movers, trailers, floats and support trucks
• Completed servicing of crawler cranes and rough terrain cranes on site.
• Removed components and completed repairs or installed new replacements on all fleet vehicles
• Completed required documentation including work-completed reports, timesheets and quality assessments via handwritten forms or business system input screens.
• Inspected plant for repair and maintenance needs.
