Hi, my name is Jackson.

I am relocating to japan with my partner and I would like to explore the food, nature and culture japan has to offer.

I have 6 years experience as a qualified chef with a total of 8 years on the job and am confident in all sections of the kitchen and also very capable of being in charge in the head chef's absence.

I am open to other job opportunities and would also like to do outdoor work, or ski/ resort jobs.

My goal is to bring flow and good energy, find solutions when needed and learn as much as possible.
