I am an experienced team member, throughout my time working for Woolworths I have interacted with a great deal of customers and have developed many skills in regards to customer service.
These include, conflict resolution meaning I have needed to manage complaints from customers and come to a satisfactory conclusion to ensure a positive outcome for both parties. Due to my time attending to customer needs I have grown quite good social skills in regards to communicating with unique individuals.
