Delivery of a spec fit-out of four levels for Eastview at 270 Pitt Street, Sydney. The project was a head contract variation to the main works, which comprised of a full building strip-out and services upgrade

41 McLaren Street – $72m

The comprehensive overhaul of this asset involved both design and construction, encompassing total asset repositioning, full infrastructure replacement, significant structural upgrades for excavated basement auditoriums, rooftop activation, and architectural fitout. Notably, this repositioning was accomplished

amidst the added complexity of a change of use, transforming the asset from a commercial office tower to a vertical school.

MLC Centre Retail Redevelopment – $52m

Built was engaged in 2022 to manage the completion of outstanding works and defects at the MLC Centre for the retail redevelopment. I was deployed there due to my intimate knowledge of the precinct and construction IP, having worked for Probuild previously.

The scope of services included management of novated subcontractors and consultants to close out the remaining structural works, façade, retail precinct, plaza and forecourt areas, public domain works and defect management.

One Darling Island – $2m Removal and replacement of combustible aluminium cladding to façade at One Darling Island. Live

environment works included working around anchor tenant, Google.

MLC Retail Redevelopment – $180m This project involves the upgrade of the existing retail tenancy space, including the upgrade of the old Theatre Royal, whilst also providing new retail space through the existing plaza and to the corner of King & Castlereagh St.

Arthur Phillip High School – $265m The project had to overcome an arduous contact renegotiation, primarily due to the design being incomplete relative for a construct only contract. Watpac was novated the design responsibility.

Revolved around structure, finishes and façade concurrently, as the project was handed over in 3 stages. This also included compliance management.

Park Lane – $250m

Working on the structure of building 5B, which at the time was part of the

largest current development in Australia – Central Park & Park Lane.
