Jacob Sullivan

Initially employed as a full-time trainee I successfully completed Cert 3 Sport and Recreation. I also completed my first aid certificate as well as working at heights. I continued my employment after this time. I had many responsibilities which are listed below. The KSC is a fast-paced environment, and I often worked alone so I had take orders, prepare food/drinks, complete sales and assist with all customer enquiries effectively and efficiently. I still technically work here but since I've moved states I only work when I go back home.

• Sales - including completing sales, transactions using point of sale system, till reconciliation at the close of business, using booking system to book courts for events
• Stock maintenance - including inventory control, checking expiration dates and ordering goods
• Preparing food and beverages when ordered
• Working in cafe making coffees in a fast paced environment
• Cleaning/maintenance - setting/packing up equipment for court use, daily cleaning of courts using static mop and ride on floor scrubber, emptying of rubbish bins, cleaning cafe and kitchen areas, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, responsible for cleaning the carpets of the whole centre annually
• Lock-up procedure - checking all door of building, setting alarms, turning off lights

Coached young kids from the ages of 5-12 in all events of athletics once every week.
