As a general Casual Shop Assistant my

day-to-day duties would consist of:

• General Customer Service and Welcoming Greetings
• Cleaning of my area & the Store
• Taking Drive-Thru orders, in-store orders as well as receiving orders via Stores phone Number
• Genuinely helping out anywhere and any other Team Member if they need help

My main Priority being a Shift Supervisor at Sushi Rocks included:

• Starting 5am Meal Prep what still had to be done, also preparing to roll each & every sushi roll each morning
• Of Course General Customer Service & Welcoming greetings
• Taking orders in-store as well as via the stores contact number
• General cleaning duties eg. Sweeping, Mopping, Sanitising and wiping all surfaces down well
• Taking School orders from all of our local Primary and Secondary Schools

As a Receptionist my main day-to-day duties consisted of:

• Answering all phone calls via stores contact number and in person face to face communications
• Of Course Customer Service & Welcoming Greetings Without a doubt
• Money Handling as every Friday both receptionists would have a roster between themselves with a list of jobs that would rotate between us both
• General Cleaning eg. Sweeping & Mopping

As a former Retail Team Member my main day-to-day duties would include:

• Main operator of Cash Registers (POS System)
• General Customer Service and always greeting customers with a friendly smile
• Spare Parts Inquiries
• Answering phone calls made to the store’s contact number as well as in-store customer care
• Money handling experience
• General Cleaning of Store
