When I started working at KFC I was initially an FSTM this meant that i breaded, cooked, and racked product ready for sale. I would also have to clean the cooks area to ensure that it was hygienic and to avoid potential cross contamination. As a CSTM I would do more jobs around serving, and packing ensuring to keep customers happy. I would also have to make sure that the area is clean and presentable to people who came into the restaurant.
