As part of the BGS Capstone Program, I travelled to the Brotherhood of St Laurence in Fitzroy for four days where I:

• Participated in activities such as helping school-children learn and engage in class, and helping out at a local book-shelter.
• Supported day to day programs by helping with organization and planning.
• Coordinated food, clothing and household items for disadvantaged individuals and families.
• Cleaned and maintained the facilities at the Fitzroy centre.

• Assisted in setting up, maintaining and closing down stall during trading fairs and expos.
• Loaded, unloaded and moved material to and from storage and production areas.
• Labeled and accurately moved customer orders to meet shipment timetables and minimize errors.
• Utilized positive communication to encourage team and promote integrity and respect.
• Collaborated with other coaches to create and execute game plans.
• Analyzed and evaluated team performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.

• I regularly attend after-school syndicate study programs where I help and assist students with their VCE studies.
