- This job also gave me experience in customer service and physical work in all conditions no matter the rain, heat or snow all the work had to be completed. My time at RMG involved early morning preparation for my delivery route sorting letters and parcels that came in the morning, then loading up and doing my delivery. On the average day consisted of dealing with many customers of both business and residential addresses as well as fourteen miles of walking, which required good customer service skills and a good level of physical fitness.
