I am a dedicated and culturally responsive leader with experience working alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families, and community stakeholders an area of my practice that has deepened meaningfully since joining One Tree. I bring strong service management experience, and a customer focused approach that ensures vulnerable families feel genuinely supported and respected. I lead with integrity, cultural awareness, fostering team environments where people feel valued and quality outcomes remain central to practice. Through collaboration and commitment to best practice, I work to create services that are safe, inclusive, and responsive to community needs.
