Jane Tracy

While working at Target Rockingham I was given the opportunity to first work in the back of the department. Here I was given the tasks of packing online orders for customers as well as decanting boxes of goods in preparation for them to be put on the shelves. I was then placed on the floor when I was often given the task of working in the dressing rooms and providing service to customers whilst also maintaining the appearance and order of the areas in my vicinity. Often I was also given the task of closing my section, leaving me to to tidy the shelves and organise clothes whilst also helping customers. This environment involved team cooperation and timing which allowed me to develop many skills and strategies in the workplace to better aid mine as well as others experiences in the store.

In this field it was crucial that the two cats cats were fed, dishes cats ate off of were cleaned and put away, kitty litter was disposed, fish were fed and the lawns were watered.
