1. Head end construction
· Coordinated installation and technical support of equipment.
· Pre-Commissioning of Head ends
· Build Fibre Access Nodes and Racks, that also included WDM
EDFA Optical Amplifier and Coax to Fibre converter (CTX)
equipment.
· Tested fibre and issued reports on testing results.
· Liaised with Network Engineers in site commissioning and fault finding on fibre access nodes and live networks.
2. Field technicians
· Lead the Field Service Technicians, ensuring team members are highly engaged and have sufficient knowledge and skills to undertake their roles.
