Accomplishments

  • Completed the Colac to Birregurra main (19km of PE pipe) on time and within budget, despite constant variations and design changes.
  • Delivered two major packages for John Holland at the Western Treatment Plant (RRRC), managing multiple material types, tight deadlines, numerous variations, design changes, and challenging site conditions.
  • Successfully delivered Southern Rural Water Werribee Irrigation District Stages 4 & 5 on time and within budget. On time program delivery was crucial on this project, as water was required to remain online during certain periods throughout the project.
  • Successfully tender, managed and delivered both the Doncaster Road and Estelle Street Sewer main diversions for the North East Link project, navigating some complex commercial and technical requirements.
  • Played a key role in securing the Hobson’s Bay Main Sewer project. This particular project presented many environmental, site and stakeholder challenges, and required us to leverage Viadux’s supply partners to come up with some innovative solutions to some particularly difficult engineering challenges.
