• I am personally handling all operations. This year we sold out our phase 1 lot thru effective handling of our valued clients and maximizing our sales while being cost efficient in our operations. Being able to communicate effectively with the team is the key to the success of our sales.

• Adhered to regulatory standards regarding safe and sanitary food prep.
• Prepared and served meals by reviewing recipes and combining and cooking ingredients.
• Maintained safe operations of food prep equipment to reduce complications and retain safety procedures.

During my time as a Cook, I was responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting food item in accordance with the standard set by the catering business. I also work as a part of the team to deliver an exceptional service to achieve exceptional dining experience.

• During my time as a Shift Supervisor, I was responsible in handling my assigned shift. It was my immediate job to make sure that during my shift all of my co-workers are doing their assigned job from re-stocking all merchandise, following cashiering procedures, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
