I assist my mother-in-law every afternoon to get dressed into pyjamas and every evening to take her medication and prepare for bed.

I also assist weekend mornings with her shower and dressing and getting her breakfast.

I am on call at all times to assist her when she falls, which happens on a regular basis as she has Cerebella Ataxia, causing major mobility issues.

I take her shopping every week and we have coffee and lunch.
