Hearing Australia is group of clinics in Australia, which provides hearing services to clients and sells hearing devices all over Australia. Multiple clinics are running under this business, Hearing Australia is implementing Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM and replacing the old legacy application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Practicing Agile methodology and strong experience on all Agile phases
• Participating in Sprint planning meetings and contributing to user story selection
• Performed various black box testing Methodologies Like Functional testing, Smoke & Sanity testing, Functional testing on migrated data, End to End testing, Regression testing, System Integration Testing
• Develop, Execute and maintain test cases (progression & regression) using Accel Q and Azure DevOps tools
• Defect reporting and management
• Assisted the business team in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Verification Testing (PVT) to ensure alignment with project requirements and quality standards.
