Summary

Primarily my work experiences have been in the Construction and mining sectors. I strive to do every task set to me to the best of my ability. Speaking to customers/contractors or other employees over the telephone or face to face is something I excel at, being a very confident individual I find it easy to build great rapports with customers as well as work colleagues. My main skills include all travel, Mobilisation bookings from end to end as well as booking and organising Medicals, drug and alcohol testing. I have fantastic knowledge of the utilities industry specifically the Shutdown coordinating and site administration sector but also inbound/Outbound calls. I have great computer skills and can use all the Microsoft packages effectively as well as INX Flight ,ORACLE system, SAP and ELLIPSE as well as great knowledge of CRM system managements as well as Workforce I have also used SITE PASS for mobilisation onboarding’s.

  • In this role I managed the entire office for the Cogeneration Project on the refinery. My duties included managing all of the stock of parts and equipment as well as creating manifests for all of these. I also planned all inductions required as well as organising quotations for major planned shutdowns on 3 monthly rotations.
  • Other tasks included
  • Contractor onboarding including Reference checks, medicals , D&A testing and credential checks.
  • Flight bookings for external contractors
  • Organise all new starter packs for the initial induction process
  • Data entry
  • Report making including weekly tool box minute taking
  • Liaising with recruitment agents for any external contractors needed for various shutdown projects.
  • In this role the main technical teams for Cogen were based in Japan so travel coordination a was needed for all maintenance. Including but not limited to flight bookings, visa processing and hotel as well as car hire bookings. I used a variety of corporate travel systems as well as INX flight.
  • This was a casual role that I picked up in between having children.

  • Conducted a 3 month contract working on Mandurah Forum construction site, inducting all of the contractors completing the shop fit outs for stages 3&4 a total of 110 shops and approx 1000 Contractors. My tasks in this role are varied including but not limited to.
