Proficient in performing histological techniques such as cryostat sectioning, immunofluorescent and immunoperoxidase staining of tissue sections and cells.
Experience in imaging including confocal microscopy
Managing mice breeding programs including genotyping.
Maintenance of general lab area and stocks
Maintenance of good and accurate lab records
