During my time with UA I have really grown as an injector. I have received regular training and upskilling from a range of products and techniques. I attend all possible invitations to new product launches to ensure my product knowledge remains relevant and most pivotal I was regularly learning from an incredible and generous mentor that is Dr Choy.

Now that I am 4 years into injecting I am familiar and comfortable with every brand of filler. Skin booster, bio stimulator and neurotoxin on the market. I was chosen by Galderma to attended a two day workshop in Sydney in 2022 learning from world leaders in the industry and I have attended 2 international conferences to ensure I am always upskilling in the lastest techniques, products and clinical studies.

As well as injecting I went on to gain my laser license and often combine my skin, injectable and laser treatments to ensure best practice and best outcome with a total face, multi modality approach.

After 4 years of injecting and learning I am a confident and capable injector who is looking forward to continuing that growth with the aim of providing the best treatments possible for my clients. This was reflected in my sales, client retention, new client referral and google reviews.

Whilst working at UA my duties included:

• Responding to customer inquiries by phone, email and in person.
• Advised clients on home skincare routines to compliment their injectables.
• Developed relationships with suppliers in order to obtain the highest quality of injectables at competitive prices.
• Operated cash registers to receive payments from patrons.
• Provided recommendations for clients on the best products to use for their particular skin type or condition.
• Maintained a clean and organized work area at all times according to safety regulations.
• Attended in-store product training with vendor representatives to increase product knowledge.
• Assessed client features and preferences to advise personalised treatment plans.

I worked for Beneath the Skin for a year whilst working at UA. The business model for Beneath the Skin ws that they rented rooms in already existing businesses such as hairdressers and dermal clinics and would have an injector there on rotation. In this role I was a mobile injector working across 6 clinics in the Northern suburbs of perth.

My duties include:

• Packing the suitcase and enuring all product and emergency medicine was stored correctly and in enough volume.
• receiving and storing product .
• Booking in clients.
• Building relationships with the businesses we were working within.
• Treating patients with tox and filler, ensuring notes and scripts were all to standard and patient satisfaction was high.
