At Cafe 3:16 I was exposed to numerous different roles. I was responsible for making and serving barrister style coffee, making and baking a large range of meals and dessert as well as serving customers and working on the till. I also was responsible for taking and filling customers order: in a timely manner, delivering customers with their order and serving customers. Working in a cafe highlights the vital skills, courtesy, speed, attention to detail, team work and the ability to work with money. After working in Cafe 3:16 I have established strong communication skills, strong baking skills, excellent customer service skills, the ability to work effectively in team, the basic understanding of computer technology and some supervisory experience.
